Founded in 2019 in the Cayman Islands, SpringWoods Capital is an investment firm based on industry logic and value-based investment with an office in Shanghai. Our investments in the primary market focus on the Information technology industry (with a focus on companies in the supply chain of AI, the manufacturing industry, and companies which have high technological barriers and have penetrated the international market), healthcare industry (with a focus on medical devices, key components of supply chain, services, and digitized companies); and. Overall, we are rigorous and objective, focusing on a small number of best-quality investments to achieve precision and efficiency. Meanwhile, we have increased our investments in overseas secondary markets to include investments in the internet and consumer sectors, in addition to aggregating investments in healthcare sector. The focus is on medium- to long-term investments in a few leading companies, as well as strategic IPO investments in high-quality niche leading companies listed in Hong Kong and the United States.

Investment Strategy, Portfolios and Performance

The company mostly focuses on two industrial investments in both primary and secondary markets, giving full play to the linkage effect of research and investment, increasing industrial cognition and the ability to recognize corporate value, and reducing investment risk. We have managed hundreds of millions of dollars of assets and participated in transactions of more than 1 billion RMB.

In the primary market: focusing on China's hidden champion-type companies, we invested in the leading high-end radiotherapy equipment company, Jiangsu Ruier Medical Technology; and the leading precision medicine company in the digitalized healthcare industry, Shanghai Bodine Medical Technology; in the intelligent driving industry, we invested in Black Sesame Technology.

In the secondary market，we hold long-term investments in a handful of precise Chinese leading companies in the Hong Kong and U.S. equity public markets, as well as major participation in nearly 40 IPO investment projects since 2019, of which 82.5% have realized positive returns on exits, with the highest single-IPO project yielding up to 135.5% . Our investment portfolio includesJinxin Fertility, Euroeyes, Innocare, Peijia Medical Limited, Akeso bio, HygeiaGroup, Ocumention in healthcare sector; XiaoPeng Motors in smart manufacturingsector; New Oxygen Technology, JD.com, Douyu, GSX, Dao, Beke in internet industry;and Popmart, Vesync in the consumer industry.

在二级市场：在香港和美国股票公开市场，对少数精准的中国龙头企业进行中长期投资，以及自2019年以来主要参与了近40个IPO投资项目，其中82.5%的项目实现退出正收益，最高单IPO项目收益高达135.5% 。我们投资的案例有医疗行业的锦欣生殖、德视佳、诺诚健华、沛嘉医疗、康方生物、海吉亚医疗、欧康维视等；智能制造行业的小鹏汽车；互联网行业的新氧科技、京东、斗鱼、跟谁学、网易有道、贝壳等；消费行业的泡泡玛特（Popmart）以及 Vesync 等。
